なんのために働くのか
おはようございます。
河崎です。
昨日映画を見ました。
ちょっと前にＣＭなどでもよくやっていましたが
【プラダを着た悪魔】
というものです。
今月は１２本の映画を見ましたが
これが一番面白かったですね。
※ 河崎はかなりの映画好きです。
ストーリーを少し話すと
まだ、この映画を見ていない方で
ストーリーを知りたくない方は読み飛ばしてください。
就職先を探すためとあるファッション関係の
面接に行く女の子。
面接に来たとたんみんなにファッションセンスを笑われ
馬鹿にされたが、なぜか採用。
働きながらファッションセンスが上がり
極めて美しい女性に変身する。
厳しい上司に振り回されながら日々を過ごし
だんだんと社内の関係もうまくいくようになる。
という感じですかね。
結果的に彼女はその会社を辞めてしまうのですが
最後に彼女が言った言葉
なんのために働いていたんだろう
それを聞いた彼氏が言った言葉
くつの為だろうね。
その皮肉を交えた彼の言葉が
とても心に響いた。
彼女は厳しい上司に振り回され
今まで中が良かった友人や彼氏などとのすれ違いが
多くなってきました。
仕事が順調になるにつれ
離れていく友人たち。
彼女がやりたい仕事は出版関係だったのにもかかわらず
彼女は必死で働いた。
なんのため？
別にやりたい仕事ではない。
激務で給料も安い。
彼女はどんどんきれいになっていくが
彼はそれを喜ばない。
私は今まで大して欲しいとは思っていなかったような
プラダのバックやドルガバのスカート
それらを手に入れるために働いていたのかもしれない。
働く理由を忘れたら
いつかは辞めたくなるものですね。
働く理由を忘れる前に
そこで働く理由を考えずに就職してしまうのが
大半の日本人。
そこで働くのはなぜ？
給料がいいから？
大手だから？
そんなのは理由になりませんよね。
いい服を着たいから
いい車を欲しいから
家族のためにお金を稼ぎたいから
働く理由、目的があれば
その目的が達成できないとだめですよね。
家族のために働いて
家族サービスも出来ないような仕事をしていたら
意味が無いですよね。
